Baking My Dreams Come True

Hi there, I'm Liz, a self taught baker, running an NC approved home kitchen. Macarons are my passion and specialty!

If you've followed my account on Instagram or Facebook for any length of time, you may have noticed that I always sign off on my posts with 'Love & Macarons". That little sign-off really is the essence of my home bakery. I bake because I love it, and I share those bakes via Moonlit Macarons NC to spread that love even further in my community. Bringing a little extra joy to your milestone moments is my favorite part of running this business and I'm so grateful to be a small part of your lives!

A delicious lemon macaron shell made using my @whipzi_co lemon powdered sugar 🙌🏼 filled with a slightly toasted marshmallow buttercream then a dollop of delicious homemade lemon curd 🤤

Wooooooweeee were my hands shaking cutting out this sweet onesie cookie cake 😅 my first move out from numbers and in to different shapes! I just knew I had to take this order when I got the request for something other than a number.

The client and I spent some time chatting about their needs and looking at inspo pics and we settled on a onesie shape to celebrate this sweet bub to be at their shower.
